HOUSE RULES   |    ADDITIONAL GUESTS

• Please keep in mind that lodging and amenities are ONLY for the guests listed on your reservation. Why? Because in case of incident, your reservation liability insurance only applies to guests listed on your reservation.
• While we discourage additional guests, we understand that some reservations may have unique arrangements. Please communicate with us prior to making additional guest arrangements. For insurance purposes, all additional guests must be authorized by us.

IMPORTANT:

• $100 Resort Fee will be implemented per each additional guest, per day.
• $50 Lodging Fee will be added to $100 Resort Fee for each additional guest staying for the night.
• Max occupancy at any time – 6 people (including additional guests)
• Failure to inform about additional guests will result in Resort Fees + reservation cancelation without any refund.
• Exterior cameras are working hard to keep you safe and to keep us alert about unauthorized activities.

HOUSE RULES    |    CELEBRATIONS

• Guests are allowed to have small intimate celebrations that don’t involve guests outside original reservation (birthdays, anniversaries, proposal, holidays etc).
• If you’re looking for special occasion set up, specific decorations, proposal opportunities – please give us enough notice so we can show you all available options to make your stay special. Additional fees may apply, although we will do our best to use all available resources to keep it reasonable and budget friendly.
• Please understand our property is a Sanctuary to lots of beautiful wildlife and surrounded by nature loving neighbors. Fireworks, confetti, balloons, late loud music is NOT allowed.
• Special event inquiries above 6 people will be considered as major event and will be approved or denied based on how they meet our Sanctuary’s values. Additional fees may apply.
• Unauthorized events surpassing 6 people will result in immediate reservation cancellation + additional fees.

HOUSE RULES    |    LANDSCAPING

• Parking/driving permitted on graveled area ONLY with max amount of 2 vehicles.
• We kindly ask guests (especially those with small children) to treat landscaping respectfully. Playground activities causing landscape disturbances are not allowed (including but not limited to digging, rock moving, plant damage, games including paint etc). Landscape maintenance and repair is not part of cleaning crew responsibilities and thus additional Landscaping Fee will apply.

HOUSE RULES    |    AMENITIES

• We ask our guests to be as environmentally friendly as possible. Turn off the lights and appliances when not used; keep doors and windows shut to reduce AC/Heating waste.
• Be respectful and practice mindfulness when using available resources;
• Don’t leave trash or food outside over the night – it attracts unwanted wildlife.
• Indoor smoking in not allowed. We have 3 smoking friendly areas for our guest use. Please use ashtrays for cigarette waste.
• Be a family. Treat our property as it’s your home.
